Terrific blush you got there, Lantern! Your face could double as a traffic light!
Green Lantern (Volume 2) #118 is an issue of the series Green Lantern (Volume 2) with a cover date of July, 1979.
Synopsis for "Hell Quest!"
In Professor Ojo's lair, Green Lantern and Green Arrow, with psychic assistance from Kari Limbo, track Ojo and Crumbler to two different locations: G.O.O.D. Headquarters in New York City and a nuclear plant outside of Star City.
Green Arrow visits G.O.O.D. Headquarters, where Barney Ling reveals Ojo has an insane hatred toward atomic energy due to the radiation his father was exposed to, which caused Ojo to be born without eyes and the death of his father shortly after. With that information, Green Lantern deducts that they'll mount an assault on the nuclear generating plant, which is also being built by Crumbler's father.
The trio deduces that Ojo and Crumbler will use the radioactive waste on the facility to spread the radiation for hundreds of miles, killing everything it touches. Crumbler disintegrates the container and makes the toxic cloud rise with the wind. But with a last-minute intervention, Green Lantern and Green Arrow stop the disaster and captures the criminals.
Back in Green Arrow's apartment, Green Lantern charges his ring, and Kari confesses her feelings, kissing him.
