Synopsis for "The Omega Men"

Kalista takes Green Lantern and Carol Ferris to a separate room and explains the origin of the Omega Men, who have been escaping from the Citadel, a tyrannical interplanetary empire, all this time. They got away thanks to the sacrifice of Lambien, a god-like member of the Omega Men. When their fuel ran out, they settled on Earth and built their city, waiting for the Citadel hunters to attack them.

Green Lantern joins the Omega Men in fighting the invading forces of the Citadel on Earth. At first, they manage to stand their ground against them inspite of being outnumbered, but they get captured eventually. Meanwhile, the presumed-dead Lambien is reborn and emerges from a containing chamber, calling himself Auron, God of Light.
