Synopsis for "Call Him... Auron! God Of Light! God Of Death!"
The Omega Men and Green Lantern get captured by the Gordanians, who unsuccessfully try to strip Hal of his power ring. Hal repels their attempts while trapped, and realizes that his captors are robots. He manages to destroy some of the mechanical Gordanians and frees the Omega Men from their stasis beam. Now free, the Omega Men and the Green Lantern of Earth fight the forces of their captors. The remains of some of the robots unite and form a giant robot that grabs Green Lantern.
Meanwhile, the revived Lambien, now Auron, faces his first test of conscience: whether to spare the Gordanians, or slaughter them all. He manages to resist the impulses to kill, and he spares the Gordanians, but sends the robots flying to the sun. But Green Lantern gets carried with them, as the giant robot is still holding him. Hal increases the force of his shield, protecting him from the heat of the sun while the robots melt. With the Citadel forces retreating, Hal returns to Earth, along with Auron, who heals the critically injured Kalista. The Omega Men now are determined to run and hide no more, and they will take their battle to the Citadel.
