Synopsis for "...Do Not A Prison Make"
Green Lantern has been arrested and placed in jail. He had sent his power ring to Tom so the police couldn't confiscate it. He is placed in a cell with a fully garbed Black Hand. Black Hand tells him how he was in prison when Goldface appeared and offered him a deal - kill Green Lantern in exchange for his freedom. Goldface then began substituting Coast City police officers with lookalikes and arranged Green Lantern's imprisonment. Suddenly all the cell doors open and all the inmates come after Green Lantern for vengeance. Carol speaks with her lawyer, Joseph, who says that the judge refused to allow bail for Green Lantern. Tom is contacted by Green Lantern via the ring asking him to recharge the ring so it can help him in his fight. While Green Lantern fights, Tom races to Hal's place and tries to find the battery which is kept invisible. Eventually he finds it and recharges the ring which flies back to Green Lantern enabling him to win the fight. Meanwhile Carl Ferris is in Washington DC where a panel, lead by Congressman Bloch, suggests Ferris Aircraft's recent accidents were caused by criminal negligence by Carl using inferior materials. Carl denies this claiming it was sabotage but Congressman Block accuses Carl of treason. Later, Green Lantern is released but on the condition that he doesn't bother Goldface anymore.

Synopsis for "Peril From The Past"
Adam, Alanna and Rad (a 10-year old boy) land outside a mysterious jungle and discover the ruined city of Rabella which Rad recognizes as home. Inside they discover what appears to be a stone statue of a humanoid creature Rad remembers was attacking the city. He grabs Adam's ray gun and shoots it which somehow awakens the creature. It attacks. Adam keeps it busy while Alanna and Rad hide in Rad's father's laboratory. While the monster tries to break into the lab, Rad tells Adam that his father put him in some time stasis device in which he slept for about a thousand years. He has no idea how the city's inhabitants defeated the monster. Adam finds a machine he thinks is a time device and manages to activate it catching the monster in a time bubble. Suddenly the machine's controls reset on their own and the monster disappears 2,000 years in the future. A voice comes from the machine stating that the monster has been destroyed. Rad recognizes the voice as his father and the machine transports Rad to the future. Adam's Zeta-Beam wears off and he returns home until the next zeta beam strikes Earth in three weeks and nineteen minutes.
