Synopsis for "From Qward With Hate!"

St'nlli takes the unconscious Green Lantern to Qward and sends him to prison. The Qwardians reveal that they created their Anti-Green Lantern Corps, genetically altered soldiers equipped with rings powered by Antimatter. They offer Hal a chance to become the leader of this Corps, but they only need him to take and examine his ring.

Meanwhile, Arisia seeks help from the Guardians, but they tell her that Hal Jordan is not their concern anymore. Still, Arisia can't stand arms crossed, so he finds one of the Qward gates on Earth and goes to his rescue.

Hal refuses the Qwardians' offer and escapes from his cell. The Weaponers and the Anti-Green Lanterns chase him throughout Qward. Hal manages to dodge their beams, which can kill him with just one hit, but he gets surrounded eventually. At the last moment, Arisia arrives in time and snatches Hal away from the blasts. Both Green Lanterns head to the Qward gate, but they get attacked again by St'nlli, who grabs Hal and turns him evil, becoming the leader of the Anti-Green Lantern Corps. Arisia escapes from their attacks, and then she finds a bunch of Green Lanterns have come to her rescue. Together, they defeat St'nlli, the Anti-GL Corps, and take Hal out of his trance. Back on his usual self, Hal leads Arisia and Katma Tui to an attack to destroy the Qwardian Central Power Battery.

With the Qwardian threat stopped, the Green Lantern Corps return to Oa, where the Guardians receive Hal Jordan with a verdict. Even though his recent actions have been reckless, they can't ignore his outstanding history as a Green Lantern. As punishment, they command him to leave Earth and not return until his penance is paid. They give him only 24 hours to finish his business on Earth. Immediately, Hal recharges his ring and returns home, where he expects to spend his last hours with Carol.

Jason and Benjamin Bloch discover Hal Jordan is Green Lantern, so they continue with their vengeance plot. Meanwhile, Carl Ferris gets information that proves Bloch has been behind the sabotages at Ferris Aircraft, so he heads to Washington to expose him. However, Ted Bishop, the man that gives him the information, is an undercover agent for Bloch, setting him a trap. Later, while they fly to Washington, Bishop reveals his facade and tries to kill Ferris, but Carl thwarts his attack and cause their plain to crash-land in the desert.

Carol and Bruce Gordon sneak into Ferris' hangar to continue working secretly in the solar-powered jet, hoping to save Ferris Aircraft by completing that contract. But they get sabotaged again by Bloch's men, who set the hangar on fire, destroying the plain and almost killing Carol and her group. Outside, Rich Davis offers his help to Carol.
