Synopsis for "The Amazing Transformation of Horace Tolliver!"

One day while driving through town, Pieface asks Hal if there was ever a time in which Hal tried to use his power ring to help out somebodies lot in life. Hal recalls an incident that happened two years prior in which he had subconsciously gave Horace Tolliver -- a timid bank teller who was pushed around by everyone -- super powers.

Horace used these powers to show some spine and give his tormentors their comeuppance, however Horace decided that now he could take whatever he wanted. Realizing what he had done, Hal visited Horace as Green Lantern but Horace knocked out Green Lantern when he didn't want Hal to take his power away. Hal would eventually stop Horace from robbing a bank, and would strip him of his super powers but not turn him over to the police. Checking up on Horace two years later, Hal was happy to find that Horace learned the errors of his way and earned the respect of others, and learned to stick up for himself and advance at work and get the girl of his dreams with his on his own, using hard work and confidence.
