Synopsis for "Alpha-Male Bonding"
At Radu's Coffee Shop, Kyle Rayner meets with Alan Scott to tell him of his recent power surge and also how he does not need to recharge his power ring anymore. Alan is skeptical, but amazed when Kyle uses his ring to create a woman which looks, moves and talks as if she were a real human being.
Kyle needs to leave for the birthday party of his assistant Terry Berg. As Jade will be there as well, Alan decides to accompany his daughter's boyfriend. Kyle is happy that Terry seems to enjoy himself at the party which has been organized by some of his friends from school as well as by the Downtown Gay and Lesbian Youth Center. Before Alan Scott leaves the party, he invites Kyle to a little training session to test the scale of his powers.
Next day, Green Lantern and Sentinel face each other in Upstate New York. They exchange power blow for power blow, but although Kyle seems to be more powerful and inventful regarding his creations, he continuously lowers his guard, giving Alan the chance to knock him down. But Alan does not sell Kyle's development short and both agree to repeat this training next week...
