Green Lantern (Volume 3) with a cover date of September, 1993.
Synopsis for "Turf War"
The Green Lantern Corps arrive on Maltus to defend Hal Jordan from the Darkstars, who have orders to stop anyone attacking the Triarch. Kilowog sends a few Green Lanterns to confront the Triarch, while the rest take care of the Darkstars. Among the red-suited soldiers is the former Green Lantern Aa. Shortly, the Darkstars outnumber and get the upper hand over the Lanterns.
On Earth, Carol talks with Clay Kendall on the telephone when an explosion interrupts their conversation. She hurries to Coast City to see what happened, and Tom Kalmaku follows her. On his way, Tom's car derails, and the villain Flicker kidnaps him.
Meanwhile, Vril Dox gets deeper into the underground lab, where he finds Lord Daalon, the creator of the Triarch. With the Green Lanterns and the Darkstars fighting so close to the Triarch, Vril Dox sends Borb Borbb to fuel the fight between both groups and distract them from the gods. Amidst the chaos, Lobo and Boodikka turn each other on trading insults.
When the Green Lantern Corps get free from the Darkstars, Vril Dox calls in a fleet of L.E.G.I.O.N. cruisers, each one of them painted yellow.
