Green Lantern (Volume 3) #60 is an issue of the series Green Lantern (Volume 3) with a cover date of March, 1995.
Synopsis for "Capital Punishment, Act 3"
Guy Gardner and Kyle face off against Major Force when Militia and the Quorum join the fight. Major Force escapes in the middle of the chaos, but Guy gets a rematch with his brother Mace. Guy blasts Militia off through the roof and to the Reflecting Pool, where he realizes that he was fighting a robot instead of his brother.
They follow Major Force's trail to a hospital, where Force takes the comatose Mace hostage. Honey, Mace's lover and co-worker from the Quorum, attempts to save Mace, but Major Force kills him. Kyle lashes off at Major Force and threatens to kill him in retribution for Alex and Mace's deaths. However, Kyle can't bring himself to execute him, but Guy can, and he slits Major Force's throat. Later that night, Guy and Kyle discuss their actions, and they agree that they live by different rules before parting ways.
Elsewhere, the Quorum's executives witness the events and erase all evidence of their operations.
Meanwhile, a man aimlessly wanders around the Nevada desert while the Guardian Ganthet arrives in New York looking for Kyle.
