Synopsis for "All Hallow's Eve"

Kyle and Jade go to a Halloween party where they meet Li, who's waiting for her girlfriend, Lee, and another friend, Tracy. Li asks Kyle to look for them in the crowd, so Kyle goes to an ally and changes into his costume, only to find Tracy, disguised as a female Green Lantern, lying dead on the ground. Suddenly, the murderer, a man with a demon mask, attacks Green Lantern with a knife and knocks him out, and as he's about to deal the killing blow, Deadman shows up and possesses Kyle's body to fight back and chase the killer. But Deadman slips on the pool of blood and falls, letting the man get away.

Deadman realizes late that he jumped inside the body of the real Green Lantern, not a guy in disguise, and then figures out how to use the ring. Up in the air, Deadman recognizes the killer running away after pushing Jade. "Kyle" asks Jade where the masked man went, who points him toward an abandoned house.

Green Lantern rushes into the house and finds the masked man about to kill Lee. While holding Lee hostage, the deranged man screams about how Lee deserves to die for being lesbian, as he blames all women for "luring" his girlfriend away from him. Jade follows Kyle and stops the murder, but he runs away. Green Lantern follows him back to the ally where Tracy lies dead, and Deadman gets out of Kyle's body to possess the dead woman. "Tracy" gets up from the puddle of blood and scares the man away, who tries to climb up the ally's staircase but slips down and falls, stabbing himself with his own knife, although Deadman only meant to scare him, not cause his death.

Later, Kyle, Jade, Li, and Lee go to Radu's Coffee Shop, where Kyle tries to comfort the couple. Deadman watches from a distance, thinking maybe it's not so bad keeping monsters at bay if it means protecting two people who love each other.
