Synopsis for "The New Guardians, Chapter Seven: Lorek Tarr Lok"

A paramedic called Shane Thompson is caught in a car accident. Suddenly, the Indigo Trible appears, along with Proselyte, the entity of compassion. Indigo-1 then says that Thompson has been chosen by Proselyte.

Meanwhile, the Flash talks with Hal about his alliance with Sinestro and Atrocitus. Hal says that he needs them track down the emotional entities, saying that it is his reponsibility.

In Oa, the Guardians talk with Salakk, who informs them about Hal's lack of communication with the other Lanterns. The Guardians consider putting Hal under the Alpha-Lanterns' surveillance. However, Salakk suggest someone outside the Corps. Someone from Earth.

The Flash still believes Hal to be unreasonable in his quest for the emotional entities. Then, Larfleeze steals Flash wallet and learns his secret identity. Suddenly, the Indigo Tribe appears, and Black Hand is with them. This makes Flash nervous, since Black Hand is another enemy of the Green Lanterns. Black Hand states that the indigo ring has made him feel compassion. However, Hal believes the Indigo Tribe brainwashed him, and asks what were the Indigo Tribe members were before they had their rings. Adara and Saint Walker then discover that their rings are forcing them to feel compassion.

Suddenly, the entity thief appears along with Parallax. Hal tries to fight them, but Parallax takes Flash as a host.
