"The New Guardians, Chapter Eight: Fear Factor": Hal fights Parallax, who has taken the Flash as a host. During the battle, Hal taunts Parallax, trying to make him release Barry. Parallax exits Barry's body and tries to enter Hal's, but the entity kidnapper keeps him bound to the Flash's body.

Synopsis for "The New Guardians, Chapter Eight: Fear Factor"

Hal fights Parallax, who has taken the Flash as a host. During the battle, Hal taunts Parallax, trying to make him release Barry. Parallax exits Barry's body and tries to enter Hal's, but the entity kidnapper keeps him bound to the Flash's body.

Hal tries to attack the kidnapper, but the mysterious being gains the upper hand. Suddenly, the Indigo Tribe, the Blue Lantern Corps and Larfleeze appear to help.

Meanwhile, Sinestro and Atrocitus are investigating the Butcher's location. Suddenly, Sinestro recieves a message from Romat-Ru, saying that the Weaponer of Qward is holding his daughter hostage. Sinestro goes to address the matter.

The kidnapper forcefully removes Parallax, Proselyte and Adara from their hosts and reveals his true identity: Krona.
