Synopsis for the 1st Story

Following the battle with the Daemonites and the disappearance of the WildC.A.T.s, Grifter accepts some money from Jackson Dane and decides to find his own way out of Nicaragua.  He walks into a village and is soon ambushed by armored members of the Nicaraguan Secret Police.  Their armorer, an arms dealer named Neo, shoots Grifter in the back and steals his guns. When Cash comes to, he follows Neo aboard a flight to Taipei.  Still weak from battle injuries, he visits an old girlfriend named Yim who nurses him back to health.  While staking out Neo’s business, Grifter is confronted by Yim’s current lover, Zaijian Shinsheng.  Cash agrees to stay away from Yim in exchange for $200.  He then breaks into Neo’s office and recovers his guns, but Neo returns with his associates.  Also present is one of Neo’s clients, a large, armored superhuman called Diabolik. They notice Grifter hiding and a fight breaks out.  In the course of battle, Diabolik shoots drums of explosive chemicals, blowing up the building.
