Synopsis for "City of Angels, Part Three of Four"
Cash wakes up with no memory as a prisoner of the Cannibals gang. Their leader Tooth arrives and explains that he was shot with a dart that, while normally lethal, only gave him amnesia. Tooth then invites him to join the gang. They put him through a series of tests, including a beatdown and eating part of a dead man's arm, which he passes. Meanwhile, Prayer attacks Serge, demanding Thomley's logbook. He tells her to go back to Venice Beach and decides to follow her. She finds Eddie, the homeless man, and goes through his cart of stuff. Elsewhere, Thomley hires the Primitives gang to kill his opponent Mario Reynaldo, the Cannibals, Serge, and his illegitimate daughter, Manda Williams, whom Reynaldo is holding prisoner. He also provides them with police SWAT gear and weapons. Similarly, Reynaldo arms the Cannibals, now including Grifter, with special body armor and weapons. As Cash puts on a mask he made, his memory returns.
