Penetro was an enemy of Plastic Man.

History

Growley was a mathematical genius who was denied promotion and companionship because of his extreme antisocial behavior. He discovered a formula that, when spoken aloud, made him immaterial. With the incredible power this granted, he decided to take what he couldn't earn on his own questionable merits. Eventually Plastic Man managed to get the drop on him, and delivered a punch that knocked Growley silly enough that by the time he recovered, he'd forgotten his special formula.
