Synopsis for "Capital Punishment: Act 2: Deck the Hood With Blows of Folly"
Guy and Major Force fight at Gardner's house, and Guy demands to know what happened to his mother. They take the combat to the highway, and Guy surprises Major Force with his new Vuldarian powers. Kyle Rayner shows up in time to save Guy, but Major Force retreats with the help of the Quorum.
Guy and Kyle go to Guy's house to verify Major Force didn't kill Gardner's mother. Instead, they find another woman dead in the refrigerator. Guy then receives a call from Honey, who gives him Major Force's location.
Guy and Kyle follow the lead to the Quorum's base in Washington, D.C., and they break into the facility. Kyle lashes out against Major Force, still fresh from Alex's murder, and Guy confronts an old familiar face: Militia.
