Notes
- The story continues in Action Comics #709.
- The events of Metal Men (Volume 2) were declared a psychotic break in Will Magnus' head according to 52 (Volume 1). The standard origin and nature of the Metal Men is still intact on New Earth and Magnus was never Veridium.
- The Forever People appear in this issue, as well as Maya. However, New Gods (Volume 4) #13 renders this appearance impossible, since in that new continuity the Forever People were still trapped in Adon and didn't return to Earth until that issue. Maya was also erased from continuity.
Trivia
- The alternate cover is a spoof of the painting Nighthawks.
