Guy Mandrake, also known by his alias Mister Noxious, is a member of the Victim Syndicate and an enemy of Batman.

History

Mandrake began as a stockbroker before he was eventually put under Poison Ivy's control early in the villain's career. Mandrake was kept under her poisonous spell for three months before being released, in that time having his physiology develop, giving him the power to make people in his vicinity sick using only his mind.

Resenting Batman for causing super villains like Poison Ivy to exist, Mister Noxious became a founding member of the Victim Syndicate and invaded a police gala at FoxTech to begin the crusade against "heroic" vigilantes.

  • Toxikinesis: After having been left under Poison Ivy's control for too long, Mister Noxious developed the power to make those in his vicinity very sick and infect them with poisons just by making eye contact.
