H.I.V.E. was a secret organization of ambassadors from different nations that discussed deciding the fate of the world.

History

Lead by Doctor Thirteen, the group took a vote and decided to shoot a laser from space to end the war between the Amazons and Atlanteans that plagued Europe. However, Traci Thirteen discovered the plot and stopped it.
