- My lips are sealed! I will not betray my friends!
- — Ha-Kor src
Ha-Kor was placed in suspended animation by the "executioner" Jor-El, and fired into Krypton's orbit in a Prison Capsule -- the penultimate capsule launched from Krypton.
History
Ha was convicted of creating evil androids who preyed on society.[1]
Ha-Kor was a member of the gang whose leader, Gra-Mo followed him in the last Prison Capsule. Ha-Kor chose his prison in the sky, rather than betray the names of Gra and his friends.
Gra-Mo had threatened to kill the family members of anyone that betrayed him, and Ha cared enough about his family and his fellow gang members that he would not betray them.

Notes
- This version of Ha-Kor, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–86 Crisis on Infinite Earths event and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the Dark Crisis of 2022-2023. Even though other versions of the character may have appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
- While Gra-Mo, and Ha-Kor's fellow gang members, were deflected onto a course to Earth;[1] it is unknown whether Ha-Kor and his Prison Capsule survived the explosion of Krypton.
- The story of Gra-Mo is retold in World of Krypton #2 but Ha-Kor is not a named character.
