- Green Lantern of Sector 2814. Lethal force is not sanctioned. Lethal force is not--
The Green Lantern was a member of the Justice League of America.
History
Green Lantern is first seen very briefly along with the Justice League at Darkseid's departure.[1]
After the virus has been released, Green Lantern is seen camping with Black Canary and Green Arrow outside of Metropolis. The three begin to joke about Hal's enjoyment on the trip, with Green Arrow calling Hal a "Killjoy". Hal decides he's had enough and goes to his tent to sleep. Before he sleeps, Hal checks his phone and becomes infected with the Anti-life virus. Green Arrow and Black Canary hear screams from Hal's tent and attempt to check on him, only to be knocked back with a blast of green energy. When the smoke clears, it reveals Hal has fully turned into an Anti-Living Green Lantern. Using his power ring, Hal attempts to kill them both but he is incapacitated by Black Canary's Canary Cry. Black Canary accidentally kills Hal with her Canary Cry, causing Hal's power ring chose her to be his successor as the defender of Sector 2814.[2]
