Harley Quinn is an inmate at A.R.G.U.S.' high level security prison.
History
Harleen Quinzel worked as a therapist in Gotham City until she suffered a psychotic break and began working with Jack Napier aka the Joker, as the criminal Harley Quinn. She treated Joker's toymaker, Kiki Roulette.[1][2]
Eventually, Harley was captured and sent to A.R.G.U.S.' high level security prison, where she briefly became a member of the Suicide Squad, but she was rejected due to her mental instability.[3]

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series Arrow and is an adaptation of Harleen Quinzel/Harley Quinn. The original character was created by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm and first appeared in the episode "Joker's Favor" of the series Batman: The Animated Series.
- Harley Quinn was physically portrayed by Cassidy Alexa (credited as "Deranged Squad Female") and was voiced by Tara Strong.
Trivia
- Harley's nickname for John Diggle; "Chocolate Pudding", is a reference to her nickname for The Joker, "Puddin".
- Harley's Mallet can be seen on Joker's workshop.[4]
- Stephen Amell revealed in an interview she was set to appear in the Arrow episode Unthinkable, but was cut due to time. The show's producer Andrew Kreisberg revealed there were plans for the character to appear, but Willa Holland stated they had been axed due to the Suicide Squad film.[5][6]
