As Bernie praises Harley for always being fashionable during her crimes and fights, she states that everyone loves her. The beaver however points her to a negative comment about her by someone on social media, stating that she's the past and pointing to a video where two hosts call Catwoman the new fashion queen of Gotham. Harley decides to outdo Selina in matters of fashion and robs a dress from a store for the purpose.

As Selina comes out, people ask to take pictures of her and she gladly obliges. Harley however crashes her photo opportunity and performs an acrobatic stunt to get the cameras' attention. This leads to Selina jumping and hitting her head mid-air, before stating she can't win since she's egotistical.

Harley accuses Catwoman of hogging the limelight out of self-obsession but gets told that the she won't get her real reason. The two hosts, Ru and Gu, who had earlier praised Catwoman in the video Harley saw suddenly arrive at the scene and tell them to try showing who's most fashionable in their fashion show, meant exclusively for Gotham's underworld. At the fashion show, Ru and Gu declare that the winner of the contest between Harley and Catwoman will get to wear the secret dress they're going to preview soon.

Both Harley and Catwoman show their creations during the show, which also allow them to survive various situations unharmed. As Gu and Ru announce about them performing a daredevil act soon, the room fills up with smoke. Harley realizes that it was Catwoman who released it and gets told that she only agreed to the challenge in order to steal the secret dress the hosts were going to show. Gu meanwhile orders the guards to kill both the women, thinking they're co-conspirators.

As Catwoman grabs Harley and swings away with her, the latter thinks that she stole to stop her from winning. Selina however states she simply wanted to get her hands on the dress as it could make stealing something guarded by an advanced security system easier. She also admits to having posted the negative comment about her earlier. Selina's whip however snaps after a bullet hits it and both the ladies fall while Harley berates her for using her.

Gu and Ru are later arrested by the police, while Selina and Harley are sent to the hospital under watch. The two injured ladies find that the dress Selina stole was a fake one. Harley states that she played her just like the Joker, leading Selina to respond that she isn't like him and wanted all the profit for herself. Harley forgives her and states that she doesn't care for being fashionable or what people think of it. The two however get told by the cop watching over them that Killer Frost stole the dress and they decide to get even with her.
