Synopsis for "Who Diss?"
Harley while home gets held hostage by a bunch of Joker fans who believe she has a copy of a tape of the Joker. Realizing who they are, she attacks them in anger and later tells Poison Ivy about her fight with them. Ivy realizes what they were demanding and proceeds to show her a social media post from the popular indie rapper Goth.I.Am. about him organizing an open freestyle battle-rap contest. The winner will face him for the tape of Joker's freestyle rap. Harley decides to enter so she can use it to humiliate Joker and assures Ivy that she'll learn to rap quickly.
The next day, Goth.I.Am. welcomes the audience to the contest and introduces the contestants who are all inspired by Gotham's criminals, except the Ventriloquist who is participating himself. Harley, who is accompanied by an embarrassed Ivy, shouts to the host that she will also be competing. Goth.I.Am. allows her to take part in the first round and she gets badly insulted by her opponent Lil' Ril', however easily beats her, due to her experience in psychiatry allowing her to see someone's weak points. All of the contestants get badly defeated by her in the following rounds, before only Ventriloquist is left.
Before the semi-final, Harley gets badly mocked by Ventriloquist and feels flabbergasted by his rap, but he gets disqualified for singing in pop style at the end. Finally Harley faces Goth.I.Am. himself and the two are evenly matched. Meanwhile, the Joker calls to an embarrassed Ivy who has decided to leave out of embarrassment and holds her hostage at gunpoint. As the two rappers grow tired battle-rapping, Joker butts in and demands his rapping tape from Goth.I.Am. Ivy however senses plants in the rapper's office and uses them to get the tape.
An exhausted Harley tells Joker to let Ivy go, but the tape starts playing when he states that she doesn't deserve to hear the good music he made. Everyone starts laughing at him after hearing his bad rap, causing him to run away in embarrassment. Goth.I.Am. decides to reward Harley with the tape anyway since she has skills, but she decides that she doesn't need it as it's already quite bad. As she leaves, he offers to help her become a rap star but she declines and tells him to contact her if he can get her into the K-Pop scene.
