Harley Quinn is the jester of the Castle of El. She is also an advisor to Queen Lara and tries to act as the voice of peace and restraint at court. Harley is in a romantic relationship with Ivy, a witch who lives in Hobb Forest near the Castle of El.

Notes
- Harley Quinn was created by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm, first appearing in Batman (1992 TV Series) Episode: Joker's Favor. However, the Dark Knights of Steel version of Harley Quinn first appeared in Dark Knights of Steel #1 by Tom Taylor and Yasmine Putri.
