Synopsis for "The Family Circles, Part 2: Manners and Other Matters"
Fresh from her beating, Harley Quinn is held at gunpoint by Harley Sinn. Quinn calls her every foul name she can think of, and both point out that they have valid reasons for revenge against the other, but must settle on plans to get the Mayor.
Harley Quinn is still feeling vengeful and knocks out Sinn, frees the Macabres, and leaves the unconscious clown in their care - Harley has a dinner date with her parents to get to.
In an upper class Manhattan restaurant, Chief Spoonsdale interrupts his evening with his wife to accost Mayor DePerto about recent interference in his investigation. Spoonsdale warns the Mayor - but it is the mayor that ends up warning him - his days on earth are numbered.
In the Bay, a small boat approaches the Moonlighter cruise ship - Sportsmaster and Clock King - and they set out to rob the patrons, which, unfortunately for everyone involved, includes Harley Quinn. Her mom is not in favor of Harley's new vigilante routine, but her usually-critical dad Nick is all for it.
The petty crooks start collecting jewelery, but suddenly find a food cart thrown in their faces as Harley attacks, desperate to get back for the dessert tray.

Synopsis for "Harley Loves Joker, Part Seven"
Harley is across town, doing what she thinks is helping Jenny the Carpenter finish the new hideout. Days become weeks as "Jake's Joke Shop" takes form.
Joker, on the other hand, is closing in on The Grison. She continues to heist the best loot, leaving scraps for the Joker. He and Oswald Cobblepot plan a trap at the Iceberg Lounge, and even the Penguin notices that Harley is absent much of the time.
At the secret hideout - the girls are done! There's a pool, a hyena run, a big-top bedroom, and the bill? Three million dollars! Harley is aghast and falls onto the bed, breaking it, which adds $3000 to the total.
