Synopsis for "Triumph, Part Two"
Lance Gallant watches in horror as his twin brother Michael dies in a jet crash. Before the body even has time to cool, he is visited by the Three Fates who claim his death was unjust. They promise to give him the power he needs to avenge his brother, thereby transforming him into Captain Triumph, a gallant hero of the golden age.
In the present, Triumph finds himself displaced from his own time, fighting Harley Quinn when she insinuates it may have been her fault. The two fight in a construction yard until Triumph decides he is not a murderer and leaves in a huff.
Harley is then visited by a Continuity Cop who scolds her for taking a Golden Age character out of his own timeline. She finds Triumph at his favorite Hot Dog stand and promises to help him. They travel to the airfield where his brother died to be met by his ghost, as well as visions of all his friends from his proper timeline. Together, they disappear back into the Timestream.
Finally, two tourists writhe in pain on the boardwalk, given stomach cramps by Minor Disaster, who is Major Disaster's daughter.
