Synopsis for "Insurance Waivers"
Harley Quinn, Power Girl and their companions manage to escape the armada chasing them and they arrive in mostly one piece on the Lust Moon. When they reconvene with Groovicus they find him hooked up to a machine which is toasting some Stardust Herb and causing the team to hallucinate. The hallucination takes the trio through bright cities (likely Las Vegas) and out into the desert where Grant Morrison spews riddles and they return to reality.
They soon find themselves near where Vartox is imprisoned but a laser beam forces them to the ground. As they stand out in a crater Vartox flies above them, threatening them. Though they initially believe him to be joking they soon realise the situation as Vartox blasts Power Girl with a powerful beam.
