Harmony was under the strict-tight auspice and security of the peace-keeping agency of Anthem, and was always patrolled by the agency's agents known as Bellwethers.
In so, many of Harmony's citizens always had to fearfully respect Bellwethers with the greeting: "God bless America."
Harmony was the supposed birthplace of Lucas Trent, aka, The Midnighter.
