Harriet Pratt is the March Hare, a member of the Wonderland Gang who also works as an escort.

History

When Batman entered Mad Hatter's hat shop in search of Tetch, March Hare told him he wasn't welcome there. When she fought Batman with the Unicorn, the Walrus and the Lion, she was thrown by Batman into the Unicorn, knocking them both unconscious.
