History

Harvey Dent was a politician in Gotham City. Sometime prior to Nekron's invasion, his political posters were hung up around Gotham encouraging people to vote for him.

He was targeted by a mob boss who threw acid on him, scaring his left side. Harvey went insane and became the super-villain "Two-Face."
