Harvey Dent is a former friend of Batman who developed a compulsive need to flip a coin to make decisions and became the supervillain Two-Face.

History

Dent was incarcerated at Arkham Asylum, where Warden Luthor transformed him into a cyborg and brainwashed him to help take over Metropolis.
