The Radioactive Man was an enemy of Doll Man and Doll Girl.

History

Harvey Kane was a physicist and Soviet spy. He attempted to sabotage a nuclear power plant, but the bomb he planted was disarmed by Doll Man and Doll Girl. However, because his meddling had caused a crack in the insulating wall, he was exposed to nuclear energy, which gave him a kind of radiation sickness.

He quickly saw the potential, donned a containment suit and adopted the name "Radioactive Man". He staged two more attacks on nuclear events, but the strain on his body proved too much, and he died from his illness.
