Harvey Lockman was one of the humans who possessed a fragment of the Anti-Life Equation in their minds.
History
Orion saved Harvey, and three other humans, from Darkseid's restrains, who sought to find the Anti-Life Equation buried in their minds, and took him to Earth. There, they helped Orion, calling himself O'Ryan, to confront forces from Apokolips and Intergang.[1]
Harvey was kidnapped by Kalibak again years later[2], but he was set free after a much more immediate crisis demanded Darkseid's attention[3].

- Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985–86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
