Hatorians are an extraterrestrial humanoid species originating from the planet Hator.
History
Culture
The people of Hator were split into two warring factions, with a culture based on trickery and taking what one wants. Children are tested on their ability to steal without being noticed by their mentors, and enough failures will result in a potentially fatal punishment. One faction developed a Cosmic Bomb, with those scientists who invented it warning that its use could destroy the planet. The warriors ignored the scientists and used the bomb on the palace of Queen Wickeda, destroying the entire planet with only large lead deposits remaining relatively intact.
Prior to the planet's destruction the Hatorians had some cultural exchange with the nearby Tamaraneans, to the point that surviving Hatoran artifacts could be mistaken as Tamaranean by those without detailed knowledge.[1]
Survivors
When Hator was destroyed those enclosed deep within the planet's lead mines were the only known survivors. Their lead enclosures hurtled through space with at least one reaching earth as a meteorite. The survivor in this meteorite was Badra and her subsequent criminal activities drew the attention of Wonder Woman. After her defeat Badra became a museum curator, specializing in ancient Mediterranean cultures due to the wealth of knowledge available on them on Reformation Island where she was incarcerated. She was also the museum's Vega System specialist, though that collection was far smaller. [1]

Powers
- Hatorian Physiology:
- Flight: Hatorians are able to negate and manipulate the effects of gravity on their persons through unknown means.
- Superhuman Speed: They are capable of moving, reacting, running and flying at superhuman speeds. Wonder Woman observed that Hatorians are able to move faster than light.
- Self-Sustenance: Hatorians are able to travel in space unaided and unprotected with no ill effects.
