The Heckler #4 is an issue of the series Heckler (Volume 1) with a cover date of December, 1992.
Synopsis for "Let 'Em Make Up Their OWN Stupid Title!"
Inside his penthouse, Boss Glitter informs hired killer Bushwhack'r of all his criminal friends who have been jailed by the Heckler. Glitter asks Bushwhack'r to kill him, and Bushwhack'r agrees. Meanwhile, at the WPMS3 news station, P.C. Rabbids, who has been working to create a cartoon to discredit the Heckler, throws out one of his concept artists and tells him not to come back until he's done the job right.
