Hector Hammond is a deformed but powerful telepath who is an enemy of Green Lantern and was a key player in H.I.V.E.'s Psi War. After the rebooting of the multiverse, his physical appearance was restored to normal and he joined the D.E.O.

At some point, Hammond was kidnapped by Amanda Waller and put on her Task Force XI, a "Suicide Squad" of telepaths made to combat Brainiac.[1]

Powers and Abilities
Powers
- Telepathy: Hammond is an incredibly powerful telepath, he was able to shut down Atomic Skull's body with no effort.[2]
- Telekinesis[4]: Hammond has powerful telekinetic abilities that allow him to make people's heads explode.[5]

- Restricted Mobility (Formerly): Hammond's development of a superhuman brain caused his body to atrophy. He could not physically move under his own power while he suffered from this condition.
Notes
- Hector Hammond was created by John Broome and Gil Kane, first appearing in Green Lantern (Volume 2) #5. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Hector Hammond first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Superman (Volume 3) #18 by Scott Lobdell, Aaron Kuder, and Tyler Kirkham.
