Helena Queenie was a pirate on Captain Greenbeard's crew; she had an uncanny resemblance to Harley Quinn.

History

One day, Greenbeard captured Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle, who found his buried treasure, along with Harley and Joker, who asked his crew for directions. After forcing Wayne to walk the plank, Batman rose from the water. The four prisoners destroyed his ship, with Interpool and the coastguard arresting Helena Queenie.
