• The events of this issue span the first three months of 2009:
  • Gavin Ryegate's medical records suggest that the opening pages take place around January 13 or 14, 2009, which also places issue #1 around early January. Ryegate's dinner with Cara and her parents occurs around January 15 or 16;
  • Nicole Ryan is discharged from St. Barthomolew's one week after the dinner, around January 22 or 23;
  • Constantine is released from St. Barthomolew's six weeks later, in early to mid-March 2009.
