John hallucinates that he is attacked by cannibals in the park who cut his throat, but they retreat when screaming dollar bills fall from the red sky. John thinks he must be in hell because his jugular vein is cut straight through but he's not dead, when he meets JFK with the top of his head blown off who must continually hold his hand against the back of his head to keep his brains from falling out.
