In a risky move Batman reprogram 500 Hellspores to threaten Darkseid to release Kara Zor-EL,otherwise he would activate them all and blow up all of Apokolips.
Capabilities
A single Hellspore is able to blow a hole down to a planet's core and leave a firepit [1].
