The Blimp is a member of the Inferior Five.
History
On a particularly busy crime week for Batman, the Inferior Five were tracking a gang of purse-snatchers. After Awkwardman stopped the robber, Dumb Bunny tried to return the purse to the wrong person. Blimp corrected her that the purse belonged to the woman. However, the woman turned out to be Batman in disguise.
