Synopsis for "Finale: All of Us"
Wally West realizes that his decision to kill heroes at the Sanctuary is wrong and he realizes that no one has to die for him to be a hero: he can survive without changing the timeline. After regrowing from a rose planted in the ground, Poison Ivy resumes her life as an anti-hero and the Sanctuary re-opens to help disturbed heroes.
