Synopsis for "Closing Time: Part 4"

Tommy Monaghan is tied to a chair in a room with Lieutenant Connolly. Connolly captured Tommy to keep him safe as a way to repay a debt he owed to Sean Noonan. He leaves.

Tommy remembers his childhood, when Noonan's Bar was called Skinner's and Noonan worked as the bartender. As a prank, Tommy painted the words Sleazy Bar after Skinner's name on the bar sign. At a card game that night, Skinner loses the bar to Noonan. As the years pass, Tommy saves Pat Noonan's life by killing a man. Sean tells him he has to leave town for a while and suggests he joins the Marines. This is where Tommy meets Natt the Hat.

Connolly brings Tommy some soup and puts a straw in it so he can eat.
