Hooker is the former Director of the Lab, the organization responsible for the creation of Resurrection Man. After injecting himself with Shelley's altered DNA, Hooker was transformed into a zombie-like being in his pursuit of immortality. However, a massive exposure to Tektites eventually destroyed his body, leaving him reduced to a living skull.

Notes

• In a warped reality– created by Mr. Skism's reality-altering abilities– Hooker was a supervillain called Bonehead. Along with most of Mitch Shelley's alternate foes, Bonehead was a member of The Killers Elite team. This incarnation of Hooker was erased along with the warped reality.
