Synopsis for "An Ice Place to Visit"
The owner of an ice house is selling ice frozen from tainted water to the locals. A state inspector tells him he's got to shut down and the owner murders him and disposes of the body. After a little girl sickens and dies the town doctor pinpoints the water from the ice house being the culprit and a mob forms to go have it out with the owner. Inside the ice house, they find that the inspector's corpse has already attained its revenge by freezing the owner's body in blocks of ice.
