Porter graduated from Paier College of Art in Connecticut where he majored in illustration. One of his teachers was Frank McLaughlin.

Professional History

Howard Porter is an American comic book artist. He began his career in 1993 working for DC Comics in the title Darkstars. Later he contributed to the storyline Underworld Unleashed and later he worked in the JLA title. In the early 2000's he was hired by Marvel Comics and worked on titles as Spider-Girl and Fantastic Four.

Most recently he has worked in the Justice League 3000, Constantine and some other titles part of the New 52 series.
