The mentally unstable Hugo Strange owns a life-sized female mannequin that he strangely tends to talk to as if it were alive, treating it as if it were a girlfriend or lover. The mannequin is usually seen wearing revealing clothing and a black cowl with pointy ears, mirroring Batman's. Strange has also used this mannequin as a gas-filled weapon against the Dark Knight.
