Hun'ya is the leader of the Scrubb Empire.
History
Hun'ya was the chosen champion of the Scrubbs. He had to defeat Earth's champion Harley Quinn for the fate of the planet. Harely was victorious and the Scrubb leader was proven to be a liar when he tried to destroy Earth anyway. This went against the Scrubb warrior code and Hun'ya deposed him as leader.[1] When Jimmy Olsen appealed to the Empire's sense of fair play, Hun'ya pledged his peoples' support to aid Jimmy against an alien warlord.[2]

- Hun'ya was created by Dennis O'Neil and Neal Adams, first appearing in All-New Collectors' Edition #C-56. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Hun'ya first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Harley's Little Black Book #5 by Jimmy Palmiotti, Amanda Conner, and Neal Adams.
