Synopsis for "Everything Changes!"

Helena Bertinelli leaves her apartment to find newspapers reporting that her father Guido, who she thought was murdered years ago, is alive. She calls her family's lawyer, Donald Campbell, who admits that her father is alive, and promises to arrange a meeting. Helena is suspicious of his use of the word 'we.'

Later, Helena is received in Campbell's office, where he leaves her alone with her father, saying that he has to take care of some contracts. Over the course of her conversation, Helena contemplates Campbell's use of the word 'contracts' in a legal context, when her father would have used it to refer to mob hits. She recalls that she had heard Omerta use the word in a legal sense, and comes to realize that Campbell and Omerta are connected somehow. Suddenly, Omerta appears, firing his weapon into what she thought was her father, but was actually some kind of robotic creation intended to deceive her. Omerta shoots at her aimlessly, trying to wound her, and get some of her blood. She escapes through the window, and climbs down the fire escape, but finds that he car has been rendered useless. She steps in front of a cab, and forces it to drive until she feels safe.

Helena sneaks up on Tony Angelo in her apartment, puts a gun to his head, and demands some answers as to why he stayed working as her bodyguard, even after her father was killed. Tony reveals that in the past, he his sister had been abused by a local wiseguy. He joined a gang that was a rival to the Bertinelli family - the same gang that the local wiseguy belonged to. Later, he witnessed that same wiseguy kidnapping a young Helena, and implying that he would abuse her, but he did nothing to stop it. Years later, he joined the man on a mission, and garroted him to death, finally getting vengeance for his sister and Helena. Later he joined the Bertinelli family, and took care of Helena, to help pay back his failure. Helena is angered by his story, and kicks him out.

Helena follows a lead on the silk which wrapped the box holding her fathers' eyes and fingers to a specific store. Inside, she is knocked to the ground by Omerta, who is revealed to have been Donald Campbell. He reveals that he already knows Huntress' secret identity, and complains that he had always been kept at arms length by her father, and never allowed to become the consigliere to Guido Bertinelli. He threatens her with his gun, taking away her weapons.

Huntress manages to conceal a knife, but Omerta is interrupted by Stefano Mandragora, who promises to deal with her in his own way.
